
Chocolate Thin Mints Popcorn

CHOCOLATE THIN MINTS® POPCORN RECIPE
- 10 cups plain popped popcorn
- 25 Girl Scout Thin Mints® cookies, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups white baking chips
- 1 package Andes candies
In a large bowl, combine popcorn with half of the crushed Thin Mints® cookies. Use a separate bowl to melt the white chocolate in the microwave, then pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat. Immediately spread onto wax paper and sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs. Finish by melting Andes candies in the microwave and drizzling on top. Place in freezer for ten minutes to set chocolate, break into pieces, and enjoy!
